This chain looks exactly like it's name...a foxtail!
A fox tail is naturally fine and the hairs layer one another with a repetitive "V" shape, one after another. In a foxtail chain, you can easily identify the "V" shaped links, that are crafted with closeness and intricacy.
I don't see this style of chain often, therefore I love to style it as is, without a charm or pendant. I have worn it layered with a thick and short omega chain, alongside a heavy byzantine chain (I love the look of juxtaposed chain styles next to one another), and with a coin pendant as well as a locket.
I really don't think you can go wrong no matter how you choose to style this!
