14K Gold Shell Cameo Ring Size 4

Fine Vintage Jewelry - This is a lovely carnelian hand carved shell cameo set in 14K yellow gold.

The cameo setting is slightly over .75" (20mm) by .5" (12mm). 

The ring is a size 4, weighs 4.22 grams and is not marked by tests for 14K gold with acid test.

It can be sized by any reputable jeweler.
