This wonderful antique ring features 5 graduated diamonds, all of which sit securely in their platinum millegrain settings atop an 18ct Gold band.
The central diamond is the largest and measures 3mm in diameter. The shoulder stones are just a fraction smaller and the outer stones measure 2mm. The ring's open gallery allows light through, and helps these very lively diamonds to sparkle magnificently.
This ring is no longer hallmarked, probably due to a re-size at some point in its life but it has been tested for 18ct Gold and Platinum, and I would date it to around 1910 as it is typical of the elegant designs of that period. It is currently a UK size P, which is a US size 7 3/4, and weighs 2.38g
