In 1996 Concorde achieved the fastest transatlantic commercial flight travelling from New York (JFK) to London (Heathrow) in 2hrs 59mins and 59 seconds.
To commemorate this achievement British Airways worked with Wedgwood to produce some commemorative pottery.
