Georgian, 15ct Gold, Mourning Sepia Miniature Pendant with Diamonds and Pearls

This wonderful Georgian navette pendant /locket is crafted from 15ct Gold.  It features a beautiful sepia minature painting of a lady at a grave site mourning a loved one

This beautiful antique pendant measures 4cm long by 2.6cm wide.  The sepia painting is bordered by blue enamelling which also features 12 tiny rose cut diamonds, and then a border of 28 pearls (representing tears)  around the very outside. So much detail and it remains in wonderful condition.
