A bit about Libyan desert glass (LDG): This beautiful and alluring specimen is found in a remote area of Egypt called the western desert amongst the Great Sand Sea. It is a result of severe impact of high energy cosmic event billions of years ago. This stone has been featured throughout time, representing a multitude of intentions- most notably for the breastplate of King Tutankhamen. 

LDG is a glimpse of time from eons ago, how is that even possible?! We’re in awe with this beautiful specimen and this piece is special special. Sterling silver is the gracious host of this LDG, framed in wire and highlighted. Hidden behind the stone is an Ahnk symbol- used to represent eternal life.
