The front legs terminate in elongated bulb feet, while the rear legs sweep back into saber forms. These bulbous terminals evoke the bud of a Madonna lily, with finely articulated sepals enclosing the base. The chair back assumes a cartouche shape, framed by bead-and-reel molding. It is upholstered in green fabric patterned with red and gold radishes, lending a lively, organic accent to the design.
