Vintage 14k Yellow Gold Puffed Heart Pendant w/ Natural Diamond & Ruby

This heart pendant is likely from the 1980's, if not a few decades before. "Puffed" heart designs were popular then and have made a come back in contemporary jewelry styles. I love the intricate detailing the back as well as the diamonds set on the bail. 

Can be styled with yellow gold, white gold, or sterling silver as shown. I think the brightness from the diamonds makes it a versatile piece to accompany any metal!
