Vintage 14k Gold & Emerald Ring

This is vintage emerald ring got so many compliments the few times I styled it, that I just had to release it from my personal collection!

It features a beautiful v-shaped, prong setting of 6 natural emeralds & a diamond. I love the rougher look of the emeralds and think they add to the uniqueness of this piece. I find that most emerald rings today, although stunning, have a very "polished," and "pure" look. I personally prefer the character and individuality of rougher looking gemstones. 

I have styled this piece on top of a simple solid gold band and also next to other gemstones on the same hand. Diamonds, rubies, and sapphires for example are a wonderful compliment to anything emerald.
