Vintage 18ct Gold 'Moi et Toi' Diamond Ring

This superb Moi et Toi ring is crafted from a 18ct rose gold band and  features 13 old cut diamonds arranged in an S shape in platinum.  Two of the diamonds are in bezels settings and representing the 'moi et toi' deisgn.

This romantic design, which derived in France in the late 1800s and which reached its height of populatiry in the Art Nouveau era, symbolises the coming together of two people.  

Currently a UK size O, which is a US size 7 1/2, it weighs 3.57g. The band is marked for 18ct Gold and Birmingham, but the date letter has been rubbed.
